The Aesthetic Of Wires

As my wires,
extensions
and cables
begin to creep out from my room
and crawl around the floor
coiling through these rooms
for unexpectant passerby's to stumble on
and ponder the nature and purpose of them
I feel like I have found a home
in which my wires and I
can sit
and feel as though we are useful.
